In the Name of God Amen, I Richard Sadler senr of the State of No. Carolina and County of Hyde being weak in body but of sound mind and memory &C do make constitute and ordain this instrument of writing my Last Will & Testament in manner & form following first of all it is my desire that my body should be decently burried immediately after my death in a Christian like manner by which my Executor & as touching what it hath pleased God to bless me with of this worlds goods I give and dispose of in the following manner.

1st  It is my desire that my Executor should pay all my just debts.

Secondly, I give unto my son Shadrick, Samuel and Richard Sadler each ten cents apiece.

2nd  I lend unto my beloved wife Margerete Sadler all the rest of my property as well indoors as out during her natural life or widowhood; after my just debts is paid,

3rd  I give unto my two sons Annanias and Zacheriah Sadler all and singular my estate except what is already disposed of after the death or widowhood of their mother and my just debts is paid.

4thly and lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my son Annanias Sadler my hole and sole Executor to this my Last Will and Testament revoking and disanulling all other Will by me or for me made ratifying this to be my Last Will.

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and fixt my seal this 3rd day of April 1815.
