In the name of God AmenI Elizabeth Jasper being of sound memory & a disposing mind do ordain this to be my last will & Testament in manner and form following –
Imprimis. I give & bequeath to my son Samuel Jasper the following negroes – Pollydoor, Ceacer, Gabe and Saly to him & his heirs forever.
Item. I give to my son Samuel Jasper one Feather Bed & one Breakfast Table; It is my wish he Should have what Stock is in his mark;
Item. I give to my Son in law Wm. Robinson one negro Boy called Killies to him & his heirs forever.
Item. I give & bequeath to my nephew Hecter Scott a negro called Washington to him & his heirs forever.
Item. I give to my Daughter Lovy Houston a negro girl called Dina to her & her heirs forever.
After paying all Just Debts the Remainder of my Estate to be Divided Equally Amongst these my Children – Jas. Jasper Sel Jasper Wm. Robinson & Lov[y] Houston.

I give to my daughter Wineferd the sum of five Pounds to be raised in any manner my Executors may think Proper.I do appoint my Sons Sel Jasper & Samuel Jasper my Executors to this my last will & testament revoking all others in testamony whereof I have hereunto Set my hand & affixed my seal this nineteenth day of March one thousand Seven hundred and ninety five.
