Son Henry: I give all that Tract of Land whare on he now Liveth and two hundred Acres of Land at the Beginning of my fifteen hundred & fifty acres upon the Ridge and one Negro woman Named BESS. Sons HENRY and JOSEPH: I give, Between both, one Negro woman Named NAN, to them and their heirs. Son JOSEPH: I Give all that tract of Land Whare on he now Liveth and one Hundred Acres of Land upon ye Ridge Whereon ROBERT HENRY now Lives and negro woman named HANNAH, to him and his heirs. Sons WILLIAM and ROBERT: I give the manner Tract of Land Whare on I now Live and Two Hundred Acres of Land upon the Ridge, to be Eqally Devided Between them both and their Heirs, and one Negro Woman Named VENUS to my Son WILLIAM and his heirs , and one Negro Boy named BRISTOL, to my Son WILLIAM and his heirs. Son ROBERT: I Give one Negor man Named SHARPER and one Negor Girl Named SUE, to him and his Heirs. Son THOMAS: I Give one Tract of land Whare on he now Lives and one Negor man Named JEMMY and one Negor Girl Named DYE and one Negro Girl Named ESTER, to him and his heirs. Son BENJAMIN: I Give that Tract of Land whare on BURGISS WATSON now Lives and also that Tract of Land Whareon RICHARD BRIN now Lives and one Negor Boy named JEFF and one Negor Girl Named PHEBY and one negro Boy Named ADAM And one feather Bed and furniture, to him and his Heirs. Daughter MARY: I Give one Negor Woman Named JUDY, to her and her heirs. Daughter SARAH: I Give one negor Boy named JEM. Grand Daughter SARAH LOCKHART: I Give one Hundred Acres of Land upon the Ridge and one Negor Woman Named BRIDGIT,to her and to her Heirs, and if She Dies without ishu, to fall to my Eldest Son then living. Daughter REBEKAH: I Give one negor Girl Named LIDDY, to her and to her Heirs. Daughter PERCILLEA: I Give one Negro Girl JUDY, to her and her heirs. Grand Son HENRY GIBBS: I Give one Hundred Acres upon the Ridge. My Will is that after Debts and Legacys are paid, the Remainder of my Estate shall be Equally Divided between my Six Sons and further my Will and Desire is that my Two Eldest Sons HENRY and JOSEPH would decide all Controversies that Shall or may arise amongst my Younger Children Relating to my Estate they Being upon Oath if Required and farther my Will is that My Wife ANN Shall have the Use and Property of my Estate Duering Her Natural Life. Executors: Wife ANN GIBBS and My Two Eldest Sons HENRY GIBBS and JOSEPH GIBBS.
