Alvah and Retha O'Neal Home

The home of Alvah and Retha O'Neal was built by William R. Carawan and wife Minerva in 1873 in Rose Bay. This was passed to David Morgan and wife Annie Eliza (Stotesbury) Carawan, then to Melissa Carawan and later to Thomas Alvah O'Neal and wife Retha who are the present owners.
