Sam & Sarah - 1971

Samuel Selby Douglas, son of William Harrison Douglass & Patsy Elizabeth Hamilton, was born Oct. 12, 1891 and died May 12, 1972.  He married Sarah Elizabeth "Lizzie" Harris on Dec. 21, 1913.  They were living in Lake Landing Voting Prect. in 1920 and in 1930.  Sarah was the daughter of William Valentine Harris and Loucinda Selby.  She was born Aug. 5, 1897 and died Dec. 18, 1986.  Samuel & Sarah are buried at Soule Cemetery.
