Know ye that we Pineas NIXON of the County of Perquimans, Farmer & (Shipmaster ?), for and in Consideration of the Sum or Fourty Pounds Proclamation Money to us in hand Paid or Secured or Secured to be Paid by William MAGOUND of the County of Tyrrell, Planter, the receipt Thereof we do hereby acknowledge and ourselves ____ with fully Satisfied Contented and Paid thereof Doth by these Presents Exonerate aquit and Discharge the said William MAGOUND his heirs, Execr. Admr. and assigns for Ever by these Presents have Given Granted Bargained Sold a___ & Confirmed and by these Presents Doth freely fully and absolutely Give Grant Bargain Sell Convey & Confirm unto the said William MAGOUND his heirs & assigns ForEver one _______ or tract of Land Given to us by Virtue of our Father Thomas PEARCES’ (PIERCE ?)
