In the Name of God Amen
        Know all men by the presence that I Henry Jones Boomer of the 
County and State above mentioned do hereby give, devise and bequeath 
unto My Children all of my Estate to remain in common after C.S. Boomer 
My Executor & Brother has settled all of my acts. outstanding to use the 
Perishable Property to the best of his ability and the said C.S. Boomer 
to look after the Rents and to use it on the Raising of My Children 
Melissa Lee, Henry Clay, Caleb Samuel, William Cromwell and behoof 
forever Whereunto I have this day affixed My hand and seal in the 
full presence of my right mind and in the presence of the subscribing 
witnesses this 10th day of January 1885
