I am searching for information on Elish Bradley BROWN and Irene STEWART. Elish was born 27 Oct 1898, I think in Harnett Co. and died 23 Mar 1979 in Johnston Co. Irene was born 9 Nov 1902 in Harnett Co. and died 9 Jan 1969 in Johnston Co. I don't know date of their marriage, but do know the names of their children.

DUPREE
I am looking for information on the DUPREE family of Harnett Co. and surrounding areas. I am a descendant of John Dupree and Sallie Pittes through their son James H. who married Elizabeth Baldwin in 1857. They had 4 sons one of whom was Lewis Washington Dupree who married Martha Caddell of Moore Co. and were the parents of my grandfather William Thomas Dupree who Married Mollie Jernigan and were the parents of 6 daughters. I am looking for information on my ancestor James HULL. I was told he was buried in Lillington but have no idea where. All I know about his is he was married to Emma CAPPS of Warren County NC and died in a timber accident between 1887-1891. DEAL / BUTTS / ALLGOOD
I am attempting to identify my husband's grandparents who lived in Harnett County. Ed DEAL and Louisa BUTTS are listed on his mother's marriage license (Ben ALLGOOD married Ouida Geraldine Deal). They must have died around 1920. I have located an Eliza Deal and a L. Deal on the 1860 census for Summerville. I can not be sure if Eliza is a male. Looking for information on Pharis "Farris" McCoy POLLARD (b. July 26, 1857 Johnston Co, NC; d. Dec 23, 1931 Harnett Co, NC; s/o John Washington POLLARD and Harriet HARPER) who m. My Grandfather, Edgar Washington REAVES had a sister named Nellie REAVES who married Franklin Cleveland MATTHEWS. Nellie was born 09-28-1894, and died Oct. 1992 in Hialiah, Florida. Nellie and Franklin Cleveland had several children. Elizabeth MATTHEWS who married Zacharias RICH. They had a daughter named Sarah Jane RICH; Lillian MATTHEWS The last know address I have on here is 100 Bruce Drive, Dunn, NC 28334; Other children of Nellie were Victor Ray Matthews b. July 8, 1921, who died in Miami Springs, FLA, Nov 17, 1997; Leland Matthews b Aug 4, 1914 d. Nov 28 1981 in Dunn, NC; and Jessie Odis Matthews.
