    WIDOW'S PENSION CLAIM

    On this 2nd day of July, A. D. One Thousand Nine Hundred and 9, personally appeared before me, a Clerk Ct in and for the County and State aforesaid Mary N Moore a resident of Jacksonville County of Duval State of Florida, who being duly sworn according to law, makes the following declaration in order to obtain a pension under the provisions of Chapter 5885, Laws of Florida, approved June 7, 1909.

    That she is the widow of Jno. N. Moore who was enlisted under the name of Jno. N Moore on the 1 day of July, 1862, in Company B 63rd Regiment of the State of N. C. Cavalry and was honorably discharged at Apponmattox Ct House, 1865, on account of Close of War.

    That he also served

    That she was lawfully married to the said Jno N Moore
    under the name of Mary N. Mahony
    in the County of Greene, State of North Carolina
    on the 22nd day of Aug, 1861, and that she was not divorced from him and that she has not remarried since his death, which occurred on the 27 day of Aug, 1888, in the County of Hendersonville State of NC.

    That she is a resident of Duval county, Florida, and has continuously resided in the State of Florida since _____ day of Since 1870.

    APPLICATION TO BE SIGNED BY WIDOW.

    I, Mrs. J. N. Moore, do hereby make application to the State Board of Pensions, for an annuity upon the following grounds:

    I am the widow of J. N. Moore deceased, who departed this life on the 27th day of August A. D. 1862 1888 in the county of Hendersonville in the State of North Carolina. I was married to on the 22nd day of August A. D., 1861 in the county of Greene in the State of North Carolina. I have not remarried since the death of my said husband.

    My husband, the said J. N. Moore enlisted and served in the North Carolina Cavalry service of the Company "B" 63rd N.C. during the war between the States of the United States, and he did not desert the Confederate or State service.

    I was a resident of the State of Florida on January 1st, 1890 and have since continuously resided in this State, that I do not own property, real or personal to the value of eight hundred dollars.
