Will of POLLY WILLIAMS - 1837

 

Know all men by these presents that I Polly Williams of the County of Franklin and State of North Carolina this the 9th Day June 1837 Being of perfect mind and memory thank God But knowing the infirmity and uncertainty of human life do thank proper to make this my last will & testament as Follows, In the first place I wish all my Just Debts paid by my Exector out of my property purchases at my husbands sale and if the property mentioned above should fail to pay my just debts then my executor may have full power to sell what he may think most Judicious to dispose of. I wish my two youngest children to have all the property that I am entitled to by Law, Each to share and share alike and divide equally to them and their heirs forever and I hereby appoint Henry G. Williams my Executor to this my last will & testament Revoking and making all other wills made by me null & Void and I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal and as Dated before the 10th Day of June 1837.
