CALVIN UPCHURCH     23 SEP 1842     (NO PROBATE DATE) To my wife AGNASS - 1253 acres where I now ive, 510 acres where John Upchurch now lives, 28 1/2 acfes which is a part of the Frazure tract I bought from Elic Young, 55 acres where Robin Jones is living; negro men Charles, Abram & Marymon, boy Theodore, girl Mariah, woman Candiss & her 5 children Peyton, Sealy, Calvin, Mary & Guston; all my growing crop, livestock, etc. all during her life & at her death then to the heirs of my friend WRIGHT YOUNG.
