The next D-OGS Computer Interest Group (CIG) meeting will take place from 9 a.m. to 12 noon downstairs in the small conference room in the Chapel Hill Public Library at 100 Library Drive, Chapel Hill, NC.

Program: I wouldn’t doubt that you may be tired of hearing it, but this time we
really are going to have a presentation by the CHPL Head Reference  Librarian,
Luba Sawczyn, who will discuss and demonstrate library tools that we  can
use from home such as NC Live and Heritage Quest. Your questions are
welcomed, and if you are even the least bit new at genealogy you will find
something useful here.

Please try to be punctual if possible, we will try to be all set up  and
ready for her to start at 9:30 AM in the small downstairs conference room.
The presentation will be thirty minutes in length with time for questions
afterward.

As usual, bring along or send in advance any useful sites or  techniques
you have come across since we last met. We’ll share progress on our  work, and
share tips and tools to help each other  problem-solve.
