Know all men by these presents that this is my last Will and testament.

First.  All of my just debts to be payed and all of my funeral expenses out of my estate by these presents, that I choose A. J. Daniels my administrator.

Second.  That after my just debts and funeral expenses are all payed out of my estate then I want Miss Emma Meekins to have one of my beds and out fit.

Third, the balance of my estate I want to go to my sister Dorcas A. Daniels.

This is the last Will and testament of Stephen Beasley.

The witness certify the said Stephen Beasley was in his right mind at the time of this writing.

NOTE:  Stephen Beasley, son of Burden Beasley & Mary "Polly" Hill, was born April 1, 1842 and died Feb. 1, 1918.  He married Chloe A. Perry (1847-1898) in about 1870.  No children were born of this marriage.
