Dare Co., NC Unknown Photograph

This photograph was found by Frances Flick who states: I found him in a frame behind a baby picture of me and don't have a clue who he is. My mother and all of her brothers and sisters are "sure" he's related, in which case he's either on my grandmother's side which means he's from Hyde/Dare County or he's on my grandfather's side which means he's either from Princess Anne County or Southampton County in Virginia. If anyone can identify this handsome young man please drop me a line.
