This cemetery is located in Salvo, Dare County, North Carolina. It's in the northwest corner of the National Park Service Campground on Hwy. 12. Some stones are broken and missing and some have sunk into the sand. Extra information is indicated in brackets. Click on underlined names for a picture of the tombstone. Photographs were taken by Ann Marie LaDue in April 2006. Some photographs were taken by Kay Midgett Sheppard in 1989 when some of the stones were nearly covered with sand but in 2006 were well above ground.
