This large cemetery is located in Buxton, Dare County, North Carolina. From Buxton go southwest on Hwy 12 until you get to Buxton Cemetery Rd. Turn right on Buxton Cemetery Rd. and the cemetery will be a short distance on the right. The cemetery is in an area with trees, however, it is kept free of growth on most of the gravesite areas.
