From Hwy. 64/264 in Manteo, take Barlowe Street (SR 1174) and go .01 mile. Turn right on Wingina Street and go .01 mile. This very small cemetery will be on the right close to the road and is surrounded by a chain link fence. It's right across the road from the large Manteo Cemetery.
