At an Inferior Court of Pleas and Quarter Session held at the Courthouse for the said County on the first Tuesday in April Anno Domini 1762 Present his Majesty Justices

These may certify that the following Will was then and there proved by the oath of James BURNHAM one of the subscribing Witnesses. Thereto and on motion ordered to be registered which upon it follows in these words accordingly To Wit:

In the name of God Amen the fifth day of October 1757------ I Frances WILSON being sick and weak of body but of sound disposing mind and memory thanks be to Almighty God for it and calling to remembrance the uncertain state of this transitory life that all flesh must yield to death when it shall please God to call therefore I commit my Soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it and my body to be buried in such Christcan manner as my Executor shall think most proper for me, and as touching and concerning what worldly Estate it has pleased the Almighty God to Bless me with I give and bequeath as follows viz---

I give and bequeath unto everyone of my Grandchildren to witt James Josiah Mackcimelon Mary Malachi & Joseph & Francess to each and every one of them one cow and calf or to the value thereof to them and their heirs forever.

I give and bequeath all the remainder of my estate within doors and without to my Daughter Uphan DAVIS to her and her heirs forever. After my just debts and funeral charges is paid and Revocking all other wills by me theretofore made I acknowledge this to be my Last Will and Testament. I do likewise now make ordain and appoint Thomas DAVIS my whole and sole Executor to see this Last Will preformed as witness my hand and seal the day and year above written.
