In the name of God, Amen.  I Elizabeth WILLIAMSON of said state and county and state do make and declare this my will & testament in the manner & form as follows: my desire is to be buried with as little expence as decency will permit, & that all my debts & funereal expences be paid as soon after my decease as conviently as may be.

Item - 1st  I give & devise to my beloved niece Mary PELL, wife of A.J. PELL, her heirs & assigns (for her kindness & attention to me in my latter day's) all the personal property of whatsoever nature I may possess at my death including money's, notes, accts, &c. & do declare these presents to be my last will & testament.  Dec. 3rd 1880

Signed, sealed, published & declared by the testator Elizabeth WILLIAMSON, as her last will & testament in the presence of us, who in her presence, at her request, & in the presence of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses

PROBATE OF WILL

    A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Elizabeth WILLIAMSON, deceased, was exhibited for probate by P.H. MORGAN in the Probate Court of said County, and the execution of the same by the said Elizabeth WILLIAMSON is duly proved by the oath and examination of P.H. MORGAN and H.M. SHAW subscribing witnesses thereto.
    It is therefore adjudged by the Court that the said paper writing and every part thereof is the last will and testament of the said Elizabeth WILLIAMSON and the same is ordered to be recorded and filed.  This the 7th day of February A.D. 1881.
