Will of Nancy Williams, Dec'd

I Nancy WILLIAMS Snr of the County of Currituck & State of North Carolina being of sound mind and serten memory do make ordain and declare this my last will and testament this the 15th of November 1860.

   1. After excepting in my house and land where I now live during my life time for my own use purpose I then loan the same to Mahaly WILLIAMS the wife of Dempsey WILLIAMS during her natural life after her death I then give and bequith the same house and land to Dempsey WILLIAMS with all of its buts & bounder.

   2. I the[n] give and bequeath to Mahalia WILLIAMS loom warping bars screen & big wheel.

   I then give and bequeath all the rest of my property in dorse & out dorse to my sister Eunice WILLIAMS forever.

   Lastly I leave Dempsey WILLIAMS my executor to this my last will and testament.  Signed & sealed.

 Currituck County}    In Probate Court
   A paper writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Nancy WILLIAMS Dec’d is exhibited in the Court for Probate by Dempsey WILLIAMS the executor therein named and the due execution thereof by the said Nancy WILLIAMS is proved by the oaths & examination of John BUNNILL and Emily BUNNILL. It is therefore adjudged and decreed that the said paper writing and every part thereof is the last will and testament of the said Nancy WILLIAMS and the same is ordered to be recorded and filed. And thereupon Dempsey Williams the executor named as aforesaid came forward and qualified by taking the usual oath.
