In the name of God Amen, I Lewsias WILLIAMS, of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina being of sound and perfect mind and memory Blessed be God for the same do this seventeenth day of June 1793 do make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following viz.

First of all I give and bequeath my soul into Almighty God that first gave it me and my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discresian of my excutor hereafter mentioned.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my two Sons Demsey WILLIAMS and Robert Jarvass WILLIAMS the plantation whereon I now live with all the high land thereunto joining to be equally divided between them my Son Demsey to have his part ajoining the main rhode my Son Robert to have his part ajoining the swamp to them and their heirs forever.

Item: I give to my two Sons Demsey WILLIAMS and Robert Jarvass WILLIAMS fifty acres of land on the banks that I bought of Sam. SALYEAR to be equeally divided between them to them and their heirs forever.

Item: I give to my Son Demsey WILLIAMS seventy one acres of swamp land out of my new patten as it lies mark of between William HOLLOWAY and Thomas TAYLORs land to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my two Sons Demsey WILLIAMS and Robert Jarvass WILLIAMS one black mare named Fly and her increase to them and their heirs forever.

Item: I give all the remainder part of my estate unto my Wife and eight children except my sheep to be equally divided between them at my Wifes marriage or Death and the sheep at her marriage or death to be equally divided between my two Sons Demsey and Robert to them and their heirs forever.

And I hereby make and ordain my Son Demsey WILLIAMS my whole and soul executor of this my Last Will and Testament in witness whoreof I the said Lewsias WILLIAMS haveto this my Last Will and Testament set my hand and seall the day and year above writen.
