In the name of God Amen, I Elias WILLIAMS being weak and old but of perfect sense and memory blessed be God for the same I make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament revoaking all other wills before by me made.

First I commit my soul to God that gave it and my body to the earth from whence it came for a desent burial at the discretion of my executor hereafter mentioned and for worldly estate I dispose of as follows --

Item: I give and bequeath to my loveing Wife Sarah WILLIAMS one negro woman by the name of Tab one negro man by the name of Ned during of her widowhood or life and then to my Son William WILLIAMS and to my son Steward WILLIAMS to them and their heirs of their body.

Item: I give and bequeath to my beloved Wife Sarah WILLIAMS one bed and furniture her first choice ______ cow and calves, and six? head of hoggs, seven barrells of corn, one horse one _____ and the __________ to it and one table and case of knives and forks and half my plates and dishes three flag chairs and one crock ____ pot to her and heirs.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Son William WILLIAMS all my land and marsh where his home is built to him and his heirs of his body in virginia the land I bought of John WHITE the land he bought of William BONNEY and formerly belonged to Jonathan BONNEY all the land and marsh be it more or less and if my Son William WILLIAMS should die without a lawful heir of his body begotten then is my will that my Son Steward WILLIAMS should have the land and if they boath dies with such heirs then it is my will that my Daughter Mary WILLIAMS should have the land and I give to my Son William WILLIAMS negro man by the name of Jack in the same manner that I gave my land and I give half my south land and marsh to my Son William WILLIAMS in the same manner that I gave the rest.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Son Stweard WILLIAMS the land that I now live on the land marsh that my Father formerly owned and the land I bought of Gideon BONNEY being it more or less to him and his heirs of his body and if my Son Steward WILLIAMS should die without a lawful heir of his body then it is my will that my Son William WILLIAMS should have the land and if they should boath die without heirs of their body then it is my will that my Daughter Euphan WILLIAMS to have my land she and heirs and I give and bequeath to my Son Steward WILLIAMS to him and his heirs of his body one negro man named James, negro boy named Africa one negro boy named Lamb one negro woman named Cha?? With all her increase to him and his heirs of his body and if he should die with such heirs then it is my will that my Daughters Mary WILLIAMS and Euphan WILLIAMS and Elizabeth WHITE children my Grand Children to them and their heirs of their body.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Son Steward WILLIAMS half my bank land and marsh to him and his heirs of his body and I give to my Son Steward WILLIAMS two yokes of oxen one cart and my big canoe and I give to my Son Steward WILLIAMS half of my cattle and I give him my hand mill.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Son William WILLIAMS Mary WILLIAMS and Euphan WILLIAMS and Elizabeth WHITE the remainder part of my cattle that I hant given away to be equal divided amongst them and I give to my Son William WILLIAMS one cart and one canoe.

Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter Mary WILLIAMS one negro woman by the name of Berk one negro boy by the name of Daniel to her and her heirs of body with all their increase.

Item: I give and bequeath to my daughter Euphan WILLIAMS one negro man by the name of Joe and one negro girl by the name of Sarah she and all her increase to her and her heirs of her body and if my Daughter Euphan WILLIAMS should die with a lawful heir of her body begotten then is my will that my Grand Children of Elizabeth WHITE children to be equal divided among all her children.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Grand Children Nancy WHITE and Elizabeth WHITE one negro woman by the name of Pleasant and one negro girl by the name of Tamer and all their increase to them and their heirs of their body.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Daughter Euphan WILLIAMS one bed and furniture to her and her heirs

Item: I give and bequeath to my Son Steward WILLIAMS one set black smith tools to him and his heirs and one desk and all the money that I have and all notes to him and his heirs.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Son Steward WILLIAMS one negro boy by the name of Abel to him and his heirs of his body forever.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Daughter Euphan WILLIAMS one negro boy by the name of Abel to her and her heires of body.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary WILLIAMS one young mare by the name of Polo.

Item: I give and bequeath to my Son Steward WILLIAMS half of my hoggs and all my horses that I hant given away and I give to my Son Steward WILLIAMS all my house furniture in doors and out doors all but that I give away.

Item: I give to my Son William WILLIAMS and my Daughter Elizabeth WHITE all the remainder part of my hoggs to be equal divided between them boath.

I leave my Son Steward WILLIAMS his _______________ to his part of the property as I give to him and not to be sold by any means.

I appoint my Son William WILLIAMS and my Son Steward WILLIAMS my whole and sole executor to this my Last Will and Testament that is made by me as witness my hand and seal the twenty day of March one thousand eight hundred and five.
