Know all by these presents that Charles of the County and State aforesaid and as it is so ordered that one day all men must die. I make and publish this my Last Will and testament.

First I give and recommend my soul to him that I received it from.

Secondly as for what worldly goods that it hath been pleased God to bless me with I give and bequeath as follows, Viz. that is to say.

Item I give and bequeath to my Son John WILLIAMS sixty seven acres of land where I now live and ocupy with all and singular unto the same belonging.

Item I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas WILLIAMS fifty acres of land binding on the Beaver Pond

Item I give and bequeath unto my Son Daniel WILLIAMS the first colt that my old mare shall bring and one feather bed and furniture for his part.

Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Dinah WILLIAMS the first colt that shall come of my young mare

Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Esther BEST the second colt that shall come of my old mare.

Item I give and bequeath to my loveing Wife Mary all the remainder part of my estate during her natural life or widdowhood and at her death or mariage to equally divided between my three youngis children Sarah WILLIAMS, John WILLIAMS, and Thomas WILLIAMS further I give to my Son Daniel WILLIAMS one gunn.

Revoaking all other wills and Testaments as witness I have hereunto set my hand seal this first day of June 1799.
