    At an Inferior Court of Pleas and Quarters Session held at the Courthouse in Currituck aforesaid on the first Tuesday in September Anno Domini 1769

Present his Majesties Justices
    The Last Will and Testament of Margaret WILKINSON and Edward LITCHFIELD having been then and there in open court exhibited, proved and the respective executors there of qualified in due form of law the said Will was ordered to be registered here follows accordingly In Hoc Verba.

In the name of God Amen, I Margaret WILKINSON of Currituck County North Carolina and being weak of body but of perfect and disposing mind and memory Thanks be to God for the same do dispose of what worldly estate it hath pleased God to bless me in manner and following----

I give and devise unto my Sister Elizabeth WILLIAMS all my Rights, Title, and Interest of in and to all that tract of land, the remainder of lawes I desire being five hundred and forty acres which was given to me by my Brother Christopher WILKISON in his Last Will and Testament lying and being in Queen Annes County Maryland, adjoining the Red Lyon Branch to her her natural life, and after her decease my Nephew Thomas Pool WILLIAMS to him and his heirs lawfully begotten for ever: and I hereby constitute and appoint my Friend Thomas WILLIAMS executor this my Last Will hereby revoking all others by me made. In testimony wherof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the 24 day of May One thousand seven hundred sixty and six.

Signed, sealed and delivered published by the Testator to be her Last Will in Presence of us who at her request did sign as witnesses and the same in her presence and presence of each other
