I Robert WIGINTON of of [sic] the County and state aforesaid, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, but mindful of the uncertainty of my earthly existence do make and publish this my last will and testament in manner and form following, Viz.

First I desire my Executor hereinafter named to sell a certain piece of land known as the FLORA land containing about seventeen acres adjoining the lands of Samuel WILSON, William GOODMAN, and others.  also one old negro man named Charles and one negro woman named Gennie, and apply the proceeds or so much as may be necessary towards paying of my debts.  and after they are all paid, I desire the remainder of my estate to be divided among my Heirs as the law directs.

and I hereby nominate and appoint my friend Joseph B. MORGAN as executor to this my last will and testament to execute the same according to the true intent and meaning thereof.

In witness whereof I the said Robert WIGINTON do hereunto set my hand and seal this the 8th day of February A.D. 1859
