In the name of God Amen I being in a low state of health this being my Last Will and Testimony

I give and bequeth my land that I bought of John HARIS to my Gran Child Henry FANCHER to have it and to hold it to which I do give to him and his heirs forever.

My cow and hogs to be sold to pay my debts my pork & fat to be sold my bed and wheel to my Son Moses FANCHER to have it forever

My chist and cloths to my Gran Child Saly FANCHER.

To whch I doe set my hand and fix seal this the 18th Janery 1809.

To which I do lave my afairs at the hands of Thomas MULDER for my son Moses FANCHER one of the barels of corn from Samuel FERBY and the rest of my property within doers and without for Thomas MULDER sell and setle my afairs and what over setling to keep it for its my desier for him to have it.
