State of North Carolina Currituck County In the name of God Amen, I Josiah WHITES (sic) being sick and weak in body but of sound and perfect memory do witness and constitute and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in the manner and form following -- First I give my sole unto the hands of Almighty God from whence it came; My body to be decently burried in the earth at the descression of my executors.

Secondly I give and bequeath unto my Son in Law John GAIMWELL Sun of John GAIMWELL all my wearking tools one desk and all my wairing apparrel, thence I desire that the remainder of my purshonal property to be divided in three parts, two parts to be given to the afoarsaid John GAIMWELL and the remainder I give and bequeath to my Daughter in Law Ann GAIMWELL with all her Mothers waring apparrel.

I desire my land wheaeron I now dwell which I hold by leas to be let out at the best bidder during the time I have it for the rent to go to my Sun in Law John GAIMWELL all but the two last years which I desire to reserved to furnish the plantation with fencing and finish the house agreable to my bargain.

I hereby leave and ordaine Driver GREVES my hoal and sole executor to this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereunto I set my hand and fix my seal this 30th day of November 1789.
