Currituck County Wills
In the name of God Amen.
I Robert WEST of the State of North Carolina and County of Currituck, being weak and imperfect in body heath but of sound rememory, but for the good will and affection which I do bear towards my dear beloved Wife, which is to say, this being my Last Will intestament, First I do give and bequeath unto my Wife Sally WEST the land whereon I do live, during of her live, and after her decease, the same I do give unto my Sister Son George DOUGH, and also I desire the land whereon my Mother do live after her decease I desire to be rented out untill Charles DOUGH arrives at age, and the rent to be equally divided amongst all of Brothers and Sisters and I do give the said land whereon my Mother do now live to Charles DOUGH, to be his at ariven to age and give William CHODOE the land that I possess at the road and I do give unto my beloved Wife one negro man by the name of Isaac, and give unto my one horse and one riding chair and after my just debts being paid, I do give and bequeath unto my Wife Sally WES(sic) the remainder of my estate both in doors and without this jenuary the 7th 1813.
