The Last Will and Testament of Nelly WEST deceased was exhibited in open court at August Term 1847 and the execution of the same proved by the oaths Daniel W. LEE and Moses W. LEE subscribing evedences thereto in due form ordered registered.

   April the ninth day of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty seven.

   I Nelly WEST of the state and County aforesaid being of a sound mind and memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament revoking and disannulling all former wills heretofore made by me.

   I give and bequeath unto my Son Willoughby WEST the first choice of my feather bids and seven pieces of of covering and also half dozen flag chairs.

   I give unto my Grandson Willoughby WEST my hand mill.

   I give and bequeath unto my Grand daughter Amanda WEST one safe and one white blanket.

   I give and bequeath unto my Grand son Caleb WEST one four foot chest.

   I give and bequeath unto my Grand son Dennis WEST one hatchet one gallon jug and one pair smothing irons.

   I give unto my Son Willoughby WEST one big jug.

   I leave the other bed in the hands of my Son Willoughby WEST to sell and divide between himself and my two daughters Nelly BELL and Susan MORSE.

   I leave the pork and fat in the hands of my Son Willoughby to equally divide between himself and my two daughters.

   I give and bequeath unto my Son Willoughby WEST one fat jar.

   I give and bequeath unto my daughters Nelly BELL and Susan WEST one fat jar each.

   I leave my cloths to be equally divided between them.

   I give and bequeath unto my Grand daughter Jane SCOTT one old safe and white blanket.

   I give and bequeath unto my Grand daughter Nancy SCOTT one white chest.

   I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Susan MORSE three chairs and one big jug.

   I leave two pieces of covering to be divided between my two daughters at my decease.

   I give and bequeath unto my Grand Son Peter MORSE one old blue chest.

   I give and bequeath unto my Grand daughter Lucinda MORSE one lining wheel.

   I leave in the hands of my Son Willoughby WEST eight dollars for the aforesaid Willoughby WEST to lay out in clothing my two Grand Sons Wily O'K.? WALKER and Thomas DAVISON [Gordon Jones has this child as Thomas Davidson Walker] at anytime where the aforesaid Willoughby WEST thinks that they stand in need of the aforesaid clothing.

   I give unto my Son Willoughby WEST all of my property that has not been given of with in doors and without at my deceased to him and his heirs forever.
