The last will and Testament of Sanders WATERFIELD was exhibited in open court and the execution of the same proved by the oath of John B. JONES and Jno. I. WATERFIELD subscribing evedences thereto in due form ordered recorded.

   In the name of God Amen.  I Sanderson WATERFIELD of the State of North Carolina & County of Currituck being sick but of sound and disposing mind do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form as follows viz.

   I give and bequeath unto my wife Lydia during her natural life all of my estate both real and personal and for her to sell perality? as much of my property as will pay my just debts and at the death of my Lydia I leave the balence to be equally divided amongs all my children then living.

   I nominate constitute and appoint my wife Lydia Executrix to this my last will and Testament revoking all former wills by me made.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 16 August 1848.
