State of North Carolina.  I the said Sarah WALKER [of] Currituk County being of Sound and perfect mind and memory do this 16 day of march one thousand eight hundred and fifty three make and publish this my last will and testament in manner followin that is to say I give to Marthaellen BALLANCE all in dors and out drs I posess and I hereby make and ordain my warthy friend Marthaellen BALANCE executor of this my last will and testament in witness werof I have to this my last Will and testment Set my hand and Seal the day and year above writen.

Signed Sealed publish and dicleared by the said Sarah WALKER testator as hir last will and testament in presence of us who were presett at the time of Signing and Sealing there of
