In the name of God Amen, I Oneel WALKER being sick and weak in body but of perfect memory and caling to mind the mortality of the body knowing it is once ordained for all men to die doe hereby contitute and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in the manner and form following that is to say

First of all I commend my soal into the hands of Almighty God who first gave it me

Secondly I desire that all my just debts should be paid by my executers hearafter namid and my body to be decently interred in the earth

Thirdly I desire and doe hearby give and bequeth unto my beloved Sun Asey WALKER all that piece of land I bought of Mathias TOLER lying on the North Banks.

Fourthly I lend to my beloved Wife Sarah WALKER all my personal property during her widowhood or as long as she and her children shall see fit to keep hous and if she brakes up or marries before her death then I desire it shall be equally diveded amongst all my children that shall survive her

and I doe hearby constitute and ordain my Sun Asey WALKER my hoal and soal executer to this my Last Will and Testament in witness to the same I have hearunto set my hand and fixt my seal this 15th day of January 1798.
