In the name of God Amen, I Caleb WALKER SEN. being very sick in body but of perfect mind and memory at this present, but of perfect mind and memory [sic] Thanks be to God for the same and calling to mind it is ordained for man once to die do make and ordain this instrument of writeing to be my Last Will and Testament in writeing, To Wit. first and princepally I recomend my soul into the hands of Almighty God that gave it hoping through the merits of a blessed saviour to have it all and free pardon of all my sins and calling to mind what it hath been pleas God to bestoe on me in worldly estate I give in manner and form following.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Son Lemuel WALKER the northern part of my plantation whereon I now live with all the houses and inprovements except one third part of the apple orchard, and the northward yewpon nussery being already laid of by a line of marked trees between him and my Son Caleb -- to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Son Caleb WALKER the other half of my land and plantation together with one third part of my apple orchard and the northward yeopon nussery to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give unto my Daughter Fanny DOXEY one feather bed and furniture, one chest, three chair fraims, one small pot, one heifer and one lining wheel to her and her heirs forever.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Bridget IVES one horse colt to her and her heirs forever.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Son Jonathan WALKER one feather bed and furniture to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Wife Anne WALKER one feather bed and furniture together with all the goods as she brought hear to me and one linnen wheel to her and her heirs forever.

Also my will and desire is that my executors hereafter mentioned bring no accts. against my Wife for proveing the will and settling the estate, Also my fat weel and corn yea (?) is to be left with my Wife and children for and to their use this summer and all the spinning wheels, the whole to be kept at my own house.

Item: I give and bequeath all the remainder of my estate within doors and without to be equelly divided between Thomas WALKER, Jesse WALKER, Jonathan WALKER all but heifer to my Son Caleb WALKER to them and their heirs forever.

I leave my two Sons Lemuel WALKER and Caleb WALKER my whole and sole executors to this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty eighth of January one thousand seven hundred and ninty three.
