Currituck Co. Will Book 2, p. 262

In the name of God Amen, I Andey L. THOMSON of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina being weak of body but of a perfect sound mind and disposing memory do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following Viz.

Item: I give unto my two Sons Robert THOMSON and Bartholomew THOMSON all my lands and plantation together with the improvements thereon to be equally divided between them after my decease to them and their heirs forever.

Item: I give to my Daughter Nancy NICHOLSON five shillings and no more.

Item: I give to my Daughter Salley THOMSON all the residue of my personal estate of what nature or kind what soever to her and her heirs forever.

Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint Samuel SALYER Esquire and Benjamin TAYLOR SEN. My executors of this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand seal this 9th day of November 1804.
