The last will and testament of James TAYLOR, Deceased was exhibited in open court at November Term 1846 and the execution of the same proved by the oath of John Simmons one of the subscribing witnesses thereto in due form of law ordered recorded.

In the name of God Amen. I, James TAYLOR, being of sound and perfect mind and memory blessed be God do this 15th day of October in the year of our Lord 1842, make and publish this my last will and testament in manner following that is to say. First I leave and bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife Ann TAYLOR all my real and personal property land and chattles her lifetime and no longer and I hereby make and ordain my worthy friend B. F. SIMMONS executor to this my last will and testament day and year above location signed sealed and delivered by the said James TAYLOR the Testator in the presence of us who were present at the home of signing and sealing thereof.
