Currituck Co. Will Book 2, p. 239

In the name of God Amen, I Affiah STEWART of the County of Currituck, being in a low state of health, but of sound mind and memory, do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following.

Imprimis I give and bequeath to my Daughter Sarah STEWART one feather bed and furniture and one chest of drawers also one hefer and calf and one heifer with calf and one young bull to her and her heirs forever.

Item I give and bequeath to my Son John STEWART all the remainder of my property within doors and without after paying all my just debts and funeral expences to him and his heirs forever.

Lastly I nominate and appoint my trusty friend Sam. FEREBEE Esquire my whole and sole executor to my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th day of December 1803
