The Last Will and testament of Gemima SPRY decd Ex'd at Novr Term 1833 & proven by hand Right of Hosea BALL a subscribing witness thereto by the oath ob Benj. T. SIMMONS the Exor Qualifyed & ordered Recorded.

In the name of God amen I Gemima SPRY being week of body but of Sound and disposing mind and memory and calling to mind the unsertainty of human life and that it is appointed for man to die do make and ordain this my last will and testament in manner & form following viz.

   Imprimise I give and bequeath to my friend Joshua BALL all the spirits that I have on hand three flag chears and one chest to him & his heirs for Ever.

   Item I give to Meriah BURTON one fither bed & furnature to her & her heirs.

   Item I Give to Lemuel BALL one table to him & his heirs.

   Lastly I do hereby appoint Enoch BALL the whole and sole executor to this my last will & testament where unto I have here unto set my hand and affixed this 26 day of May 1832.
