Jeremiah Smith
June 10, 1720 - July 12, 1720

In the Name of God Amen The Tenth day of June 1720 I Jeremiah SMITH Being verey sick and Weak in Body but of perfect mind and memory Thanks be given unto God Therefore Caling to mind ye mortality of my body and knoing yt it is appointed for all men once to Deceast Doe make and ordane This my last will and Testament yt is to say princepably and first of all I Give and Recommend my Soul into ye hands of almity God yt Gave it and my Body I Recommend to ye Earth to be Buarid in Desent Criston Burial at ye Decretion of my Exectors nothing doubting but at ye General Ressurection I Shall resieve ye Same again By ye mitey power of god and as Touching Such worly Estate Whereof it hath pleased god to Bless me in Life I Give Dismis and Dispose of ye Same in ye following manner and forme ---

Item I Give and bequef To [smudge] Beloved wife Margerit SMITH ye one Third of part of my personnal Estate in ye provison yt ye Said Margerit Do bring ye part of my Estate yt is in her hands otherwise ye Said Margrit SMITH to have no part of my Estate.

Item I give and Bequeft To Thomas SIMONS whome I likewise [smudge] and Constitute and ordaine my Sole Executor of this my last will and Testement all ye Rest of my Estate parsonnall and Reael both land & Tennements and hereitiments To have and to hold ye Said Estate against all manner of parsones what Ever also I give ye sade Tho: SIMONS power to Sell and make over anny peice? or parsel of my estate parsonall or reael.  I Do heare by uttrly Disallow Renounce and Dissinull all and Every other former wil Testement will bequesies and bequefts and excactor by me in anny wais before named willed and bequefed by me Retifing and Confirming This and no other to be my last will and Testement in witness here of I have hear unto sit my hand and seale ye Day and year above riten.
