I Caleb SIMMONS of said State and County do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament made this fourteenth day of November one thousand eight hundred and four.

Item I give one half of my land unto my Brother Anthony SIMMONS and his heirs forever, The half I give him is joining my said Brothers land the other half of my land which lieth next to Mr. Evan JONES I give unto my Sister Polley SIMMONS and her heirs forever.

I also give her one trunk

Item I give unto my Brother Jonathan SIMMONS one bed and furniture

Item I desire that what part of the crop that is due me this year and one heifer should be sold in order to pay my debts and one gun after said debts is paid the remaining if any I give it unto my Sister Julia HILL and her heirs

Item I appoint and ordain my Brother Anthony SIMMONS my executor of this my Last Will and Testament signed sealed and delivered in presents of
    Caleb [his mark] SIMMONS     hand and seal
