In the name of God Amen, I Tully Mackhouse SHEARGOLD, being sick but of sound mind and memory, do this sixth day of July Anno Domini 1797, make and publish this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following (Viz)

I give and bequeath unto my Mother Gracy SHEARGOLD all my property both within doors and without doors, to her during her life and after her decease I give the same to my Brother William SHEARGOLD to him and his heirs forever.

As witness my hand and seal the day and date above mentioned and I also nominate and appoint my friend William TAYLOR my whole and sole executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
