In the name of God Amen, I Juley SANDERSON of the County afd. Make and constitute this to be my Last Will and Testament.

First of all I recommend my Eniotate sole in the hands of allmighty God that gave it and my worldy goodes I give in the following maner.

Itam I give to my Son Jesse SANDERSON one feather bed and furniture the first choice.

Itam I give to my Daughter Polley one feather bead the 2nd choice.

Itam I give to my Son Thomas one bead the 3d choice and to my Son James the 4th choice and to my Son John the 5th choice with there furniture in proportion.

Itam my three horses to be sold and divided between my three oldest Sons in allso the present crop to be sold to and divided between the same three boys and my Son Thomas to have one hundred dollars and the balance of sales of horses and crop to be eaquly divided between the afd. Three boys.

All the rest of my property in dores and out dores to be sold and divided in the following manner to my Son Jesse one hundred dollars and the balance of sd. sales to be eaquly divided between my Daughter Poley and Son Jesse SANDERSON.

Itam I nominate my friend Thomas WHITEHALL my hole and sole executor in witness I have set my hand and seal this 5th July 1825.

At Nov. Term of Currituck County Court AD 1825 The Last Will and Testament of Juley SANDERSON was exhibited in open Court and proved by the oath of Thomas B. JARVIS the subscribing witness thereto and ordered to be recorded. When Thomas WHITEHALL the executor therein named came into open court and qualified in form of law and ordered that letters testamentary issue This Will and Probate recorded and examined Feby 14th 1826.
