In the Name of god amen April the 26 Day 1758 I Joseph SANDERSON of the Cownty of Corotuck and in the province of North Carolina Being Sick and weake of Boddy But of perfect mind and memory thoughts Caling unto mind the mortality of my Boddy and knowing that it is apointed for all men once to Die Do make and ordaine this and No other to be my last will and testament first and Principle I give and Reckomend my Sole in to the hands of god that gave it and my Boddy to the Earth to Be Buried at the Discresion of my Executor here after menshond all my worldly goods I give in the manner and form as followeth.

Item I give to my son Joseph SANDERSON the plantation wheareon I now live with the Cod of the Bay and all the land joining[?] to it to him and his heirs and one Negrow Boy named David and one yong horse Name Lurk one Black mair Name ____[?] one Black Culerd yearlin horse name F___[?] I also give by Son Joseph one the Best Bed and furnerture belonging to it.

Item I give and Beqeath to my son Richard SANDERSON the Plantation or track of land Known By the Name of the Deep Branch to him and his heirs I likewise give my son Richard on Negrow garl Name Hannah one yong[?] mair Name Maggy.

Item I give to my Daughter Julian SANDERSON one mair name harbor I Likewise give to my Daughter Julian the Next Best Bed and the furnerture Belonging to it.

Item I give to my Daughter Ann SANDERSON one young mair Name winter I Likewise give to my Daughter Ann the Next Best Bed and what furnerture Belong to it.

Item I give to my Daughter Lidia SANDERSON one young white mair Name Pleasur and Likewise one mair Coalt Sorrel whith white face.

Item I give to my son Caleb SANDERSON one track or peace[?] of Land where on Joseph BURNET now Lives liend on the South side of Susanah DICKENSland Containing Seventy ackars more or Les to him and his heirs likewise one young mair Name Bonney.

Item I give to my Daughter Susanah SANDERSON one mair Name winter[?]

Item I give to my Deare Beloved wife Cesiah SANDERSON one Horse Name Caper one young mair Named Spring and one young mair Named Sorrel one Lite gray horse [faded] one Dark Colered young horse name Jack During her Natural life and after her Decease to be Equilly Devided among all my Children I likewise let hur have the use of two [Negros?] Judah and Rose During hur Natril life and after hur death to be Equaley Devided among my children hear after named Julian SANDERSON Ann SANDERSON Lidia SANDERSON Susanna SANDERSON Caleb SANDERSON. I also give to my Beloved wife the Next Best Bed and the furnerture belonging to it.

My will and Desier is that all the Remaner Part of my Estate that I have Not all Reddey given Shall Be Equally Devided Between my Beloved wife and all my Children.

I Leave my Son Joseph SANDERSON my Hole and Sole Executor of this my Last will and testament I asign Seal Publish Purnounce and Decleair this and no other to Be and Containe my last will and testament.
