In the name of God Amen, I John SANDERSON of the County and state afsd. Planter, being weak in body but of a sound and disposin mind and menerbery Thanks be to the Lord for the same, and calling to mind the mortallity of my body and knowing that it appointed for all heawman once to die and after deth to appear in judgment I there for reckmend my sole to Allmighet God that it use and my body to be bured in such chishteen like manner as shall be to decreshun of my exters heare after mentichund and whare as it has plesd the Lord to bless me with sum worley propty in permishan I bestoe in the following manner---

Item I give and bequef to my two Suns Richard and Henry SANDROSUN all my tract of land whare on I know live to be equealy divided the wetard pat to Richard and the esteard part to Henray and thare ares forever, all so two hundred acqurs of Banke land ajoining the grait hammock and to be divided estard west so as to splet the hammock equely betwene my two Suns all so two small pieses of Banke land to the north equely to them and there ares for ever all so all my small islands of marsh

Item I leave the euse of my negro jarle elder to my Wife Scaillia SANDROSUN in durening of her life or widowhood and then to my Sun Richard SANDROSUN and his ares for ever.

Item I leave the right of all the negros know in the hands of the WOODHOUSE that was coming to me by my first Wife Sarry to my Darter Shorlety and hurr are for ever.

Item I give to my Sun Henray SANDROSUN one negro boy called Musus and his ares for ever and in case ither of my two Sun shall dises without lawfull isshue of there body then estate to go to the surving one.

Item Leve all the remains of my land to be sold that is not given away

Item and in cass my Dater Sharloty dont get the negroes from the WOODHOUSE for her to have one hundred silver dollars to be rais out of my estate and there the resirdue of my estate that aint given a way to be equel divied share and share alike and I do hear by disunel and revoke all and ever other will or wills heartofore maid by me and rattyfy this and no other to be my will and testament--maid in writing and I do heare by edoniaet and appoint BENJIN Taylor SEN. the whole and sole exter of this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hear unto set my hand and seal this 9th day of January 1801.
