In the name of God Amen. I Daniel SANDERSON Planter of the County aforsaid make and constitute this to be my Last Will and Testament. First of all I recommend my mortal sole into the hands of allmighty God that gave it and as for my worldly goodes I lend and give in the following manner.

Itam. I give the whole of my land to be eaquley divided between my fore Sons John, James, Thomas and Jesse SANDERSON.

Itam. I lend to my Wife negrowes Rachel and Charles and Lingo during her life or widowhood and after hir death or marage I give the above named negrowes to be equaley divided between my fore Sones John James Thomas Jesse.

Itam. I give to my Wife hir choice of six cows and calves out of my stock and the remainder to be sold for six months credit and divided equley between all of my children.

Itam. I give to my Wife all of my sheep also I give hir all of my hoges except them on the Bankes which is to be sold and the money to be eaquley divided between all of my children.

Itam. I give to my Wife the horse named Prince and mare named Philis and my riding chare and harness allso all of my corn exsept twenty bls which is to be sold and divided between all of my children allso I give all of my porke and bacon to my Wife except one thousand wate which is to be sold and divided between all of my children, allso I give to my Wife all the lard except the large tub which tub is to be sold and equly divided between all of my children, allso I give to my Wife all of my farming twoles, allso I give to my Wife all of my house holde and kitchen furniture, also I give to my Wife my stears & cart.

Itam. I give to my Daughter Polley a negrow man by the name of Ishmill and one negrow girl named Lyda.

Itam. My will and desire is that my negrow Sarah and her increase be eaqueley divided between all of my children.

Itam. I give my two negrow boys Luke and March to be eaqueley between my fore Sons John James Thomas Jesse SANDERSON.

Itam. My two young horses to be sold and the money to be eaquley divided between all of my children allso my third of schooner Lively to be sold and eaquley divided between all of my children and my canoe I give to my Wife and all the property belonging to me that is not mentind in this my will to be sold and eaquley divided between all of my children.

Itam. My will and desire is in this my Last Will that my Wife be in full possesion of all my lands during hir life or widowhood provided she keep her children clear of charge—also I give all of my money and notes after pay my debts out of them to my Wife.

Itam. I nominate and appoint my beloved Wife to be my whole and sole executor to this my Last Will and Testament. In testameoney heareoff I have hear unto set my hand and seale this 27th of Febuary 1822.
