In the name of God Amen, I William ROLINSON of Cape Hatteress Pilot being in a low state of bodily health but of a perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God calling unto mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament that is to say principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul unto God the hands of Almighty God that gave it and my body I recommend to the earth to be burried in a desent christian burial at the discretion of my executors nothing doubting but at the general reserrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God that gave it and as touching such worldly estate as it hath pleased God to bless me in this life I give divise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form.

First of all I give unto my loveing Wife Elizabeth ROLINSON one feather bed and furniture and the rest of the property while she own before she was married.

Likewise I give unto my Son Readin ROLINSON my plantation being twenty five acres of land more or less where I now live house and all improvements there on likewise one bed and furniture.

Likewise I give unto my Son John ROLINSON heirs one shilling.

Likewise the rest of my property to be sold and all my just debts paid and the remainder to be equally amongst my children Mary QUIDLEY, Chloe QUIDLEY, Nancy ROLINSON and Readin ROLINSON.

Likewise I make institute (sic) and ordain William BURRUS and Christopher ROLINSON sole executors of this my Last Will and Testament and I do hereby utterly disallow revoake and disannull all and every other former testaments wills legacies bequeaths executors by me in any ways before named willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the twenty first day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seven.

Signed sealed published pronounced and declared by the said William ROLINSON as his Last Will and Testament in presence of us who in the presence of each other have here unto subscribed our names
