In the name of God Amen, I Thomas ROBB of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina, being weak of body but of sound disposing mind and memory blessed be the Almighty God for it calling to mind the none certainty of this life, and it being ordained once for all people to die, I do make and ordain this instrument of writing to contain my Last Will and Testament disannulling and revoking all other wills and testaments to fore made by me either by word or writing and this only to be taken as my Last Will and Testament first that is to say I recomend my soul to Allmighty God that gave it and my body to be desendtly in a christian like manner buried in a place where it should please my executors hereafter named and as to what worldly estate it hath been pleased God to bestow me fore above my desarts. I give and dispose in manner and form as followeth first my Will and desire is that all my just debts and funeral charges should be first paid in convenient time after my decease my will and desire is that my loving Wife Mary should have the use of half of all my lands during her life and after her decease I give the afsd land to Hezikiah FARROW JR. to him and his heirs forever.

Item: I give half all my moveable estate after all my lawfull debts charges is paid to my loving Wife at her disposial at her decease

Item I give to Hezekiah FARROW JR. all the remain of my land to him and his heirs forever and also I give to Hezekiah FARROW JUN. the remainder of my moveable estate to him and his heirs forever, I do constitute and appoint my loving Wife Mary and my friend Hezekiah FARROW my whole and sole executors to this my Last Will and Testament to settle all my business according to this my Last Will and Testament and the law shall require as witness my hand and seal this 24th day of September in the year of our Lord Anno Dom. 1783.
