In the name of God. Amen. I Mary POYNER of the County of Currituck, do make, declare and publish this my Last Will and Testament. I give unto my beloved Daughter July WHITE one black walnut table, and all my wearing clothes.

I give unto my beloved Son Thomas POYNER all that I possess within doors and without doors.

This the 26^th of February 1816

This day came before me William COWELL one of the subscribing witnesses to the above contents to be the truth, and the same time the testator was in her sound mind and memory when signed this instrument of writing, as far as he knows or believes sworn to before me this 29^th day of February 1816.
