In the name of God Amen,
I Isabel POYNER being very sick and likley to die but being in perfect mind and remembery and taking to remembrance that it was once ordained fer all people to die and leave this worle and go to a worle one none [sic] and as such I make this insterment of writing to be my Last Will and Testament

Itam: I give and bequeath unto my Grandauter Salley FLANNIKIN a certain piece or parcel of land lying in Coinjock Currituck County being my maddain land containing of twenty eight acers being the land I formley lived on to the said Sally FLANNIKEN durring hure natrul life and then to go to her Son Wally FLANNIKEN to him and his hairs for ever and likewise one boafat and one feather beed and beedsted and furture and one table and all other of my property boath real and pershanel

Itiam: I leave Tulley FLANEKIN to be my hole and soal exetor to this my Last Will and Testament in witness whereof I have put my hand and seal this the 15th of October 1807.
