In the name of God Amen. I Edny PERKINS of the County of Currituck being sick and weak in body and knowing that it is appointed for all to die do make this my Last Will and Testament as follows.

Item. I give to my two Daughters Ana & Phoebee PERKINS one negro girl called Little Bets to them and their heirs.

I give to my Daughter Ana PERKINS one feather bed and sted and furniture to have her first choice to her and heirs.

I give to my Daughter Phoebee PERKINS one feather bed and furniture to have the second choice to her and her heirs.

I give to my Son Solomon PERKINS one feather bed and two sheets to bed quilt to him and his heirs forever.

I give to my Son Alford PERKINS one young mare to him and his heirs forever.

I give to my Son Pharoah PERKINS thirty dollars to be raised out of my estate.

I give to my Daughter Angelica ETHERIDGE one linen wheel called mine.

All the remainder of my estate I desire may be sold by my executor and equaly divided among all my Daughters. Lastly I appoint my friend Samuel FEREBEE my executor to this my Last Will and Testament in witness wherof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 14th day of October 1823.
