The Last Will and Testament of James PARR deceased was exhibited in open court at Feby Term 1845 and the execution of the same proved by the oaths of James BELL one of the subscribing evedences thereto in due form ordered recorded.

   June the 5 1842.  I James PARR of the County of Currituck and State of North Carolina do make and publish this my last will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say

   First I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas PARR the one third part of my estate to him and his heirs forever.

   Secondly I give and bequeath unto my Son Wilson PARR two thirds of my estate to him and his heirs forever.

   In witness whereof I the said James PARR have here unto set my hand and seal the fifth day of June one thousand & eight hundred and forty two.
